Jerry is a senior security professional with exceptional leadership and management skills gained nationally and internationally in the public and private sectors. He has led worldwide operations with responsibility for intelligence development, crisis management and contingency planning.

He brings a wealth of strategic and operational experience having served twenty-five years in the UK Special Forces and gained a broad commercial understanding of working within the medical sector, prior to being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Team Fusion in February 2021.

Michael joined Team Fusion in June 2021 as Chief Operating Officer following a highly successful military and commercial career. He served twenty-five years in the British Army, eighteen of which were with the UK Special Forces, gaining substantial experience in security risk management, crisis response and organisational change management.

Michael gained significant operational and strategic experience supervising the security for a global group of construction, energy and petrochemical companies operating in high-risk, complex and challenging environments.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Jason joined Team Fusion in 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer. He has since successfully developed the company’s financial strategy adding significant value in efficiency and output.

With over thirty years’ military experience, he is adept at organisational planning and change management. He has led numerous multi-million-pound programmes and spent considerable time serving with the UK Special Forces.

Jasper joined Team Fusion as the Managing Director in September 2022, having served over 30 years in the British Army. He brings a wealth of strategic experience following appointments as special advisor to the Chairman of the Military Committee at NATO HQ and as Director of Operations for the Supreme Allied Commander Europe.

With over 10 operational deployments, Jasper has commanded at every level from Lieutenant to Brigadier, including his own Regiment and the renowned Desert Rats. He is an expert in strategy, crisis management and transformation.

Nicci began working with Team Fusion in July 2021, bringing over fifteen years of experience of developing and evolving organisations marketing activity across digital platforms and print media. With a flair for digital content design and print literature, whilst protecting branding and corporate identity, Nicci values collaboration in producing impeccable promotional materials.

Bob joined Team Fusion in August 2021 as the Team Security Project Lead. He has over thirty years military experience serving within a specialist, challenging and operationally diverse environment. He is highly experienced in optimising top-performing teams within complex contexts and well versed in the sensitivities of working within high pressure, diverse, secure and discreet environments. Bob brings a proven skillset and unrivalled professional capability in risk mitigation, security governance, change management and high readiness leadership.

Simon is Team Fusion’s senior security adviser and Project Lead.  He has an extensive training and logistical background having over thirty years of military experience working in demanding operational and multi-national domains as a senior officer in the British Army.

Dr Syed Masud is an Emergency Medicine, Paediatric Emergency Medicine and Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine Consultant in the UK and has worked in various UK Helicopter Emergency Medicine Services (HEMS). He also served in the British Army supporting specialist airborne forces. Uniquely, Syed is a fully qualified Police Officer and has worked with police specialist units including Protection and Firearms.

Jez has been a paramedic for over twenty-five years with experience in a variety of roles including working on front-line ambulances, responding to pre‐hospital emergencies and with London’s Motorcycle Response Unit. He has over a decade’s experience as a Critical Care Paramedic including flight paramedic for the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) in Southeast England.

Training and education have also formed a large part of his career having achieved a degree in Paramedic Science, a Post Graduate Certificate in Paramedic Management of Trauma and a Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Education.

Dr Rebecca Whiticar has worked as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine for the last 10 years in Major Trauma Centres throughout the UK. Over the last 5 years in addition to working as Medical Doctor, she has gained extensive medico-legal experience. She is currently working in addition to her role as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine, as a Medical Examiner for NHS Wales, (accredited by the Royal College of Pathologists), an Independent Expert Witness instructed on both Clinical Negligence and Criminal matters, and is an associate member of the Faculty of Forensic Medicine and a guest lecturer on Cardiff Law School’s LLM ‘Legal Aspects of Medical Practice’.

Rebecca is uniquely placed to offer medico-legal advice in that in addition to her medical qualification, she recently gained an ‘outstanding’ on the Bar Professional Training Course and is due to be called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in Spring 2022.

Ben joined Team Fusion in March 2022, after a successful 12-year career in the British Army spending most of his career working with UK Special Forces. He has built a wide knowledge base over a variety of technical capabilities, is highly adaptable, and has considerable technical acumen. Ben is experienced in high stress and time-pressured projects, always delivering at a high standard.

Robert joined Team Fusion in January 2022 as the Facilities and Logistics Manager. An experienced Logistician with over 30 years’ service in the British Army, Robert is a specialist in the logistical supply and timely delivery of demanding projects, often in challenging and remote environments.

For the last eight years, Robert has gained a wealth of experience as a logistics manager in both the commercial and private sectors, primarily in West Africa and the Middle East, supporting high profile security and military medical training projects. More recently, he was the Warehouse Manager for a UK Medical Supply and Training company, gaining huge experience in this sector.

Having joined Team Fusion in August 2021 as the Finance Assistant, Jack controls the day-to-day accounts management and has helped integrate new financial systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. Jack is AAT Level 4 and working towards his ACCA qualification.

With a wealth of experience spanning five years, including three dedicated to cyber security, Aaron brings a robust foundation in computer science to the table. His experience has given him specialist skills in digital investigations, multilingual programming, and application security, further enhancing our team’s capabilities in combating evolving threats including ransomware and DDoS. Equipped with a specialised degree in Cyber Security, his keen expertise and steadfast commitment make him an indispensable ally in safeguarding our clientele and mitigating cyber risks.
